Cam Crag ridge offers all weather options for scrambling in the Lake District, with a variety of route choices whilst you ascend up the 200m scramble.

 

The buttress and ridge give amazing scrambling on clean rock at grade 3, however all the difficulties can be avoided or attacked depending on how you feel.

 

This a great scramble for those who wish to learn along the way and take in the great views of the Langstrath valley in Borrowdale.

 

The approach to this scramble is about an hour and a half and is suitable for beginners.
