Our courses run on a regular basis all throughout the year at whatever time and date suits you. You will be with an instructor or guide for this course moving around the fells and reaching fantastic summits. Some prior experience moving on steep ground is recommended.

All our itineraries are flexible and we pride ourselves on providing client lead learning. A typical Itinerary would be
We would outline the course and set our main learning aims. Look at the kit that we carry, why we carry it. On the hill we will look at the moment techniques on steep ground and guide book interpretation. We will finish the day with some basic rope work
Our second day together is about consolidation of day one and introducing some graded scrambles. We will start to look at more advanced rope work and belay methods before finishing the day with by looking at abseils.
The aim of day 3 is to put it all together and for you to self lead a scramble, from the valley up to the summit. We will be on hand on the scramble to discuss the best techniques.
