The Langdale valley offers some of the best scrambling to be found in the Lake District and offers a huge amount of choice for all abilities.
The link up of Tarn Crags, Jack's Rake and Harrison Stickle is just some of the brilliant scrambling on offer. Progress from basic movement to time on the rope by the end of the day as you move on through the scrambling grades. This is perfect for those who want to explore this popular valley on the path less trodden.
The approach to the scramble takes around half an hour so you will be on rock very early in the day. You will be moving around on rock up to grade 3 with a rope and this is suitable for beginners under the excellent guidance of one of our guides.
